SLOOH, good for kids, but takes too much of the learning away for adults

More pictures from the SLOOH observatories. For some reason it doesn’t feel real. It is like driving a kiddies go cart. It technically is driving, but its so nicely padded and safe that the thrill is gone……well for an adult anyway.

I take little pride in the photos beyond the fact that I actually found SLOOH  as a service and they are from a real telescope. But this is a great way to show kids the heavens in a nice safe way. So this really is cool for kids. Weather permitting you get to see lots of Nebulae, Starts, Galaxies, and Planets. You can even leave with a photo…. what could be easier. Check out tonights photos…yawn…
